These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between TulTag ("TulTag," "we," "us") and the dealership or business that creates a TulTag account ("you," "your"). By signing up for or using TulTag, you agree to these Terms.
TulTag is a cloud-based tool-tracking service for dealership service departments. It records which tools are checked out, by whom, and in what condition, and provides dashboards, alerts, and related features. TulTag is a record-keeping system — it does not physically secure, insure, or guarantee recovery of any tool.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping sign-in credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account, including activity by your technicians and staff. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business.
Within 14 calendar days of your first payment, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of everything you have paid. Cancelling within this window ends your commitment term entirely — you owe nothing further. To cancel, email support@tultag.app from your account email.
Your dealership's data — tool inventory, technician roster, checkout history, notes — belongs to you. We access it only to operate, support, and improve the service. We do not sell it or share it with other dealerships. See our Privacy Policy for details. On request after account closure, we will delete your data within 30 days.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other customers' data, reselling access, reverse-engineering the software, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse after notice.
We work to keep TulTag available around the clock, but no online service is uninterrupted. Maintenance, outages of underlying providers, or events outside our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by unavailability, though we will always work to restore service quickly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: TulTag is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost, stolen, or damaged tools; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If a change meaningfully affects your rights, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use TulTag after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
