This policy explains what information TulTag collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the service needs to run, we store it with reputable cloud providers, and we never sell it.
We do not store payment card numbers on our systems.
To provide and operate TulTag, to support you, to secure the service, and to improve the product. We do not sell your information, share it with other dealerships, or use it for advertising.
Your data is stored with established cloud infrastructure providers (database and hosting) in the United States and is encrypted in transit. Each dealership's data is isolated from every other dealership's.
Only with the service providers necessary to run TulTag (hosting, database, email delivery, website chat, and appointment scheduling), under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing those services — or if the law requires it.
TulTag uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember device settings. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Technician names and employee numbers are entered by the dealership that employs them, and that dealership controls this data. Technicians with questions about their information should contact their dealership; we assist dealerships with corrections or deletion on request.
We keep your data while your account is active so your history works the way it should. After an account closes, we delete its data within 30 days of your request. You can request an export at any time.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will notify account owners by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect.
